These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by HASOB INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD as a teacher on our language app platform. By clicking "Accept" or by accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

1. Eligibility
   1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
   2. You must have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms and to perform your obligations hereunder.
2. Teacher Responsibilities
   1. You agree to provide accurate and high-quality content for the Company's language app platform, including but not limited to translations, transcriptions, corrections, and other linguistic tasks ("Content").
   2. You acknowledge that all Content created or contributed by you becomes the property of the Company, and you hereby assign all rights, title, and interest in such Content to the Company.
   3. You agree to abide by the Company's guidelines and instructions for creating and submitting Content, including any deadlines specified by the Company.
3. Payments
   1. You will be compensated for the Content you provide based on the rates and payment terms established by the Company.
   2. Payment may be subject to deductions for taxes, transaction fees, or other applicable charges
4. Intellectual property
   1. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide the Content and grant the rights set forth herein.
   2. You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party in connection with your use of the platform.
5. Confidentiality
   1. You agree to keep all non-public information provided by the Company confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.
6. Termination
   1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
   2. Upon termination, you will immediately cease all use of the platform and return or destroy any confidential information or materials provided by the Company.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   1. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
   1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Arbitration
    1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution], and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
11. Changes to Terms
